小岗村，这块承载着中国农村改革记忆的土地，早已声名远播。"大包干"的发源地就在这里。2016年4月，习近平总书记在考察途中，来到小岗村，关心询问了当地农业生产的具体情况。

While upholding and improving the basic operational system of villages, attention should be given to the reform of confirming collective assets to households and establishing shareholding cooperatives. Efforts must be made to accelerate the building of a new agricultural operation system. Comprehensively reforming supply and marketing cooperatives, improving agricultural support and protection systems, and promoting the orderly transformation of rural migrants into urban residents are equally important tasks. Creating a unified mechanism for urban-rural integrated development is also necessary.
